Going for Canada PR?

Phase 3 is built around the score you need.

For Express Entry, that usually means NCLC 7 in speaking, writing, listening and reading. Every mock is corrected against that target so you know where you stand before you book the real exam.

  1. 1

Reach NCLC 7 in all four skills

Speaking, writing, listening and reading each need to hit the mark. One weak skill holds back the rest.

  2. 2

Sit TEF Canada or TCF Canada

Both are accepted by IRCC. Results stay valid for two years from the test date.

  3. 3

Add your French score to Express Entry

Strong French adds up to 50 extra CRS points and makes you eligible for French-language category draws.

Compare PR, citizenship and Québec needs

Based on IRCC rules, which can change. Confirm on canada.ca before you apply. For immigration advice, speak to a licensed consultant (RCIC) or lawyer.
